Object:Sound is an ongoing series of short sound poems investigating the immense sonic possibilities of the most mundane objects. Each piece takes a single sound as its source, and explores its sonic qualities and possibilities through multiple layers of transformation. The objects chosen are purposefully mundane. They surround us but remain silent, either because we fail to play or because we forget to listen. The first two works in the series are Green Latex Gloves on Glass and Needle, Tracing.
